Hello Everyone!I have found two excellent site for those who are novices and just beginning webdesign.
http://web.thenetter.com/ This website has free scripts, softwar and free easy o use templates and online site builder. The programs I would recomend however, is the Easy templates software and the StyleBox Css (this program creates boxes for those quick jobs). (Freeware)
http://mix-fx.com/ This software alows you to create Flash banners, Intros, and buttons. There is a free trial. Check it out. if you are satisfied with all three differant programs, the price range is $20 and up.
